We hope you are settled in your meeting room and have everything you need. However, if you require anything else, or would like to speak to the Events team, give us a call on 07971 180525 and we will be happy to help.
We hope you have a great day with us, we would be really grateful if you could complete our feedback form, this helps us to make improvements to our service. Thank you.
Please use the links below and tell us how we are doing:
Wifi
Wifi is available in all meeting rooms. To join, simply find the Guest Wifi option, enter your details and log in. There are various Wi-Fi access points throughout the Campus. As you move around the Campus your device will remain connected to the first access point it connected to. If your connection is weaker, please put your mobile device into Airplane mode for a few seconds which will disable the Wi-Fi. Re-enable Wi-Fi on your mobile device. Your mobile device will then attach itself to the access point nearest your location and provide the strongest Wi-Fi signal possible.
Connecting to the Projector
Most of our rooms are equipped with screens and projectors, we require you to use your own laptops. We can supply a HDMI Cable from Reception.
The connection port for the projector is on the side wall, use the HDMI or VGA cable to connect your laptop. Press the ON button on the side wall and the screen will automatically come down.
Using the TV
If the meeting room doesn’t have a Projector or screen, a large TV will be available for you to use.
Our TVs have cameras to allow for video conference calls and you can also show powerpoint presentations through. The connection cables should be attached to the TV, simply connect the HDMI cable and the USB cable if you need to use the Polycon system for video calls.
Common Problems
Volume – please ensure the volume is turned up on your laptop. You may also need to go into Settings – Devices – Audio and change the setting to ensure the volume is coming through the projector system, ‘Poly con studio Audio’.
Cables – HDMI to be used when sound and imaging is required. VGA can only show image, no sound. Further cables are required with a VGA cable if sound is needed.
Screen – the screen at the front of the room should come down automatically when there is a connection to a laptop and is turned on at the wall. If this doesn’t come down after a few minutes, please contact the Events team for assistance. There is manual button but will require a ladder to safely turn this on.
Using the TV – There is only a HDMI connection into the TV. There is also the USB connection to be able to use the camera. You may need to use the remote to change to HDMI3 input.

The Restaurant is open every day and delegates are welcome to purchase a range of hot/cold food and snacks and a variety of hot/cold drinks.
